Valuing your rental property

Marketing your rental property

Your property will be marketed online through our website and Rightmove and as well as the online listings, we also have a database of registered applicants who will be notified about your property helping to achieve maximum exposure to prospective tenants).
Letting your property
Once we have received a tenants’ application, we will manage the process from start to finish requesting the relevant references, credit checks and registering the tenant’s deposit with a deposit scheme regulator.
When the application process is complete, and we have handed over the keys to the new tenant, we can then continue to manage the property for you, or hand the tenancy agreement over to you.
