Valuing your home correctly is key to the successful sale of your property.
We have an in-depth knowledge of the local property market and will be able to provide you with an honest, realistic valuation and expert advice on how best to present your property.
As an independent agent, we only receive our commission if your property is sold, so it’s not in our interest to overvalue your property just to win the instruction. We want your property to be seen by the right buyers and sell in the best possible time frame.
Marketing your home
Once we’ve received your instruction, we will produce high quality particulars and online listings. Our photographs will showcase your home, highlighting all of its best features, and floorplans will be created.
A high quality bespoke brochure will also be produced so as to promote your property in its best possible light.
As well as online listings, we also have a large local network built up over our many years in the area and a database of registered applicants who we can contact to ensure your property receives maximum exposure to potential buyers.
Selling your home
